These terms govern the sale conditions of products handled by Tokyo Devices Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Agreement: Agreement to these terms is required for purchase. Placing an order with the Company constitutes agreement to these terms.
2. Order Changes:
   1. Changes to the product or quantity due to customer convenience cannot be made after placing an order.
   2. There may be instances where we cannot accept your order for the requested product or quantity due to procurement issues.
   3. Additional shipping charges may be applied after placing the order depending on the delivery destination, such as remote islands.
3. Order Cancellation: Cancellation is possible for in-stock items only before the completion of the shipping process. Please request cancellation via the inquiry page on this site. Pre-ordered or made-to-order items cannot be canceled.
4. Payment Methods: For international shipping, Only Credit Card payment is acceptable.
5. Shipping & Delivery:
   1. We do not accept requests for specific courier services.
   2. We do not accept requests for designated shipping dates, or designated arrival dates.
   3. Delivery may take longer than usual after weekends, consecutive holidays, and during the New Year holiday period.
   4. Delivery may be delayed due to traffic, weather conditions, or other circumstances.
   5. Delivery and support services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and temporary closure days.
6. Warranty Period: The warranty period for our products is 180 days from the arrival of the goods. For other products, if the manufacturer specifies a warranty period, the manufacturer's warranty period will take precedence. If the manufacturer does not specify a warranty period, the warranty period is 7 days from the arrival of the goods. Customers are expected to promptly receive and inspect the delivered goods upon arrival.
7. Exchange & Repair: For initial defects within the warranty period, please contact us via the inquiry page on this site. We will exchange the product with a good one as soon as we confirm the initial defect. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns. In cases where an exchange is not possible, a refund may be provided. The refund amount will be limited to the purchase price regardless of the reason. Repairs after the warranty period has expired will be handled on a chargeable basis if repair is possible.
8. Returns Due to Customer Convenience: We do not accept returns due to customer convenience.
9. Non-returnable Products: Due to the nature of the products, software cannot be returned.
10. Disclaimer:
    1. The Company does not guarantee that the quality and functionality of the products are suitable or useful for the intended purposes, or that the products are free from bugs. The Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from or related to the products under any circumstances.
    2. Please thoroughly review the disclaimer and terms of use stated in the product datasheets, manuals, and instruction manuals before making a purchase.
    3. Specifications listed on this site or in datasheets and manuals are for reference only and are not guaranteed. The same applies to documents attached to the delivered items.
    4. The Company's products are intended for use by professionals with technical knowledge for the purpose of supporting technical experiments and research. They differ from consumer products and may cause serious accidents or losses if used incorrectly, such as using the wrong current/voltage ratings. The Company will not be responsible for any such incidents.
    5. The Company's products cannot be used in any way for (1) purposes that may lead to financial losses, leakage of personal or corporate confidential information, or environmental damage, (2) uses involving nuclear facilities, medical or aviation control, or other applications that pose risks to life, body, or other losses, and (3) purposes related to anti-social forces, war support, violations of public order and morals, or social order violations.
    6. When incorporating the Company's products into equipment, the customer or a third party is responsible for conducting sufficient evaluation tests on safety and reliability in advance.
    7. The components, PCB layouts, and specifications of the products handled on this site are subject to change without notice.
    8. Due to differences in manufacturing lots, the appearance of the product delivered may differ slightly from the photos displayed on the product description page.
    9. he prices of the products handled on this site are subject to constant fluctuations due to exchange rates and other factors. Prices displayed on the website or quoted amounts do not guarantee future permanent prices.
