Measurement Example (Video)
This video shows an example of measuring the internal resistance of an aged 6V lead-acid battery using the IW7807.
Since it uses the four-terminal method, four probes are connected.
Although the voltage reading of this lead-acid battery shows 6.14V and appears normal at first glance, a high internal resistance exceeding 130 mΩ is observed.
Normally, this type of battery should exhibit an internal resistance of about 10–20 mΩ, indicating that sulfation due to aging has occurred.
In this way, by measuring internal resistance, hidden degradation that is not visible from voltage readings alone can be directly identified.
Note: In the video, the IW7807 board has been removed from its case for filming purposes.

Do not apply AC sources, as it may cause malfunction or damage. - For highly accurate measurements, please use a calibrated measuring instrument.
